The MGM Grand Las Vegas

The largest hotel in Las Vegas. Boxing. Cirque du Soleil. Brad Garrett. And more.
The MGM Grand is the largest hotel in Las Vegas and second in the world to only the Izmailovo Hotel in Moscow (thanks Wikipedia). It is massive, green, has some huge lions and is the home to the MGM Grand Garden Arena where the biggest musical acts and boxing matches take place.

The MGM Grand's south central location (see map) and lower price range make it a heck of a place to make home base. You get a fitness center, a free newspaper and easy access to all the MGM has to offer. Cirque du Soleil's KA is a must see, the Brad Garrett Comedy Club features national comics and according to a recent story David Copperfield has been seen by more people than any performer ever.
